PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE & DEVELOPMENT
Webmaster Experience ('18-'25)
Given the confidentiality and sensitive nature of private information shared on these resources, I cannot share a thorough screenshot or complete gallery of my previous work. These projects range from December 2018 to May 2024.
By clicking on a photo on the right, a link will be accessible to view the current public facing webpage for each of these sites that I have worked with or used in my previous experience.
These sites include Snipe-It IT Inventory Free open source IT asset management, FSU Campus Recreation, FSU College of Motion Picture Arts, and the use of Microsoft SharePoint within the FSU ITS organization on an administrative level as an IT specialist and IT manager to control membership, grant resource access, provide adequate service, and ensure security oversight. However, that won't be viewable upon clicking this photo and link.
These sites have required the use of WordPress, Drupal, HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap, PHP, Ruby on Rails, and SQL queries on multiple occasions. These sites have also been connected to other business applications for further use in advertising or business transactions.
SharePoint for Site Managers Certification and Training
This certification indicates that the recipient learned the administrative requirements to managing a organization's SharePoint site and has grown familiar with the recovery tools and troubleshooting recommendations provided by Microsoft for data preservation and remote access.

Web Administration Older Projects ('13 -'17)
The Association of IT Professionals within the FSU College of Communication and Information previously had their site managed by a webmaster every year using WordPress. I managed this site between 2016 - 2017. It has moved to Drupal since my departure from AITP in 2017. The current site is viewable by clicking the photo or web link to see the latest changes with FSU and their work in Drupal.
cPanel Access in Web Development
Depending on the hosting service, the backend of a site's content management system and access to its databases or FTP server may use a different 3rd party vendor system such as cPanel. Today, the standard web development tools across the industry range from Figma to Adobe Dreamweaver to WebFlow and more. On the backend, many hosting services offer their own website builder with no code.
Barebone HTML5 + PHP Query and Load Practice
A previous practice exercise for using PHP to query a specific movie within a backend database and send back the return values and poster picture within the form. This was a building block for future projects in Web Application Development in the FSU IT undergraduate curriculum, and it led further use of PHP for web design. This has currently been succeeded by React and Angular as frameworks for development.
